Watching your parents’ health fail is heartbreaking and agonizing over what the proper care for them should be, is very daunting. My dad and my sister visited many facilities before choosing The Bradford, which I believe has been an excellent choice. One of the main deciding factors was the administrator, Mr. Dylan. After meeting him, I couldn’t agree more. On my visit from Michigan, I was able to witness, first hand his interaction with the patients in his facility. His concern for the health and welfare of each and every patient is very apparent. The greeters, nurses, CNAs, therapists and housekeeping have been friendly, courteous and professional. In most instances, a call for assistance has been responded to in a reasonable amount of time. The atmosphere is always bright and cheery. I am happy that my father chose The Bradford to care for my mother. I will continue to pray that my mother receives the loving, compassionate care and attention she deserves. Thank you to each person involved in my mom’s care!
