“Watching your parents’ health fail is heartbreaking and agonizing over what the proper care for them should be, is very daunting. My dad and my sister visited many facilities before choosing The Bradford, which I believe has been an excellent choice.
One of the main deciding factors was the administrator, Mr. Dylan. After meeting him, I couldn’t agree more. On my visit from Michigan, I was able to witness, first hand his interaction with the patients in his facility. His concern for the health and welfare of each and every patient is very apparent.
The greeters, nurses, CNAs, therapists and housekeeping have been friendly, courteous and professional. In most instances, a call for assistance has been responded to in a reasonable amount of time. The atmosphere is always bright and cheery.
I am happy that my father chose The Bradford to care for my mother. I will continue to pray that my mother receives the loving, compassionate care and attention she deserves. Thank you to each person involved in my mom’s care! ”

“I definitely had to post a review! I was an Interim Director of Nursing services at this facility for a few weeks during November & December 2018, and the experience was great. All of the employees there were very welcoming and supportive. The nursing managers demonstrated hearts of gold. They really really went the extra mile daily to ensure quality care and embraced a multitude of changes and daily directives...and together we did great things. I wish I could name every single employee...but that’s impossible...there are so many that are near and dear to my heart. So I want to send every one of them well wishes (the administrative staff, the nurses, the CNAs, housekeeping staff, dietary staff, dietician, social services, activities director, plant ops, secretaries, medical records, MDS coordinators, business office staff, therapy department, etc...and to Jessica with the corporate office...a very special thank you for facilitating my onboarding and ongoing support throughout such a quick transition. “I am so glad to find and comment on this website. I often reminisce about my mother's time spent at The Bradford for recovery, safety and rehab. The staff was caring and informative; they stuck with a care plan that helped mother to heal and become stronger. Even with a healing severe open ankle fracture, she had gained strength and knowledge to WALK out of the facility on her own upon discharge. Though she isn't as mobile as before her accident, she manages well considering what she had to go through to recover. We will always remember Olivia, Stephanie, Christy, Diane, Mattie and all the other special employees, including the PT/OT team that worked so patiently with her. The Bradford was a good selection for her needs and our peace of mind.”

“I love this place. The people at this facility took my 22 year old daughter in and treated her as if she was a family member. She never wanted for anything and they nurse her back to good health. They never gave up on her and never let her give up on herself. When she went in they promised me so many things and never once did they lie to me. Thanks to the staff at the Bradford(NURSES ,THERAPY ,CNA SOCIAL WORKER, ECT) my daughter is home able to do for herself. I thank the Lord every day for these people.
